Just thing for a moment what it would feel like, if could get yourself into any pair of jeans in any store you walked into.  You know your legs and butt will look attractive and sexy into those same jeans.  You have a confidence and sexiness about you that oozes out your pours, and it all stems from having such a great figure.

The newest fitness trend of pole dancing is what has instilled this confidence in so many attractive and fit people these days.  It's a phenomenal workout, the will strenghen your abs, give you greast looking legs, an incredibly attractive but, and loads of new energy.  You'be be pleasantly surprised as to what a good pole dancing workout can do for you.

Now, don't confuse pole dancing with stripping, as they are totally different things.  Even though you be find stippers to be somewhat distasteful, you must admit, it's not a profession for the flabby and overweight crowd.  They must be doing something right to stay in such top physical condition.  You don't have to be a stipper to do a little pole dancing, but doing a little bit of their routine may just give you a body as sexy as one.

It's actually a pretty fun workout.  And that's a good thing.  Doing the same old carido, or aerobics routine is not that much fun.  I say, anything that adds a little spice and excitement to your workout is a good thing.  Instead of dreading that lunch time workout, now you'll be looking forward to it.  Women all over the world, including business women, homemakers are finding that out everyday.

Try it and if you really like it, you can take it home with you.  There are portable dancing poles you can bring home.  They're easy to set up, and take down.  Depending on the company your having over, that may be a really good thing.

Pole dancing is a great confidence booster as well.  While having the benefit of improving your body, it's sure you keep you young and vital as well.  And it may cause you to open up a little as well . . . through though inhibitions aside and just have fun.  The cardio endurance and muscle toning you'll build, is just an added bonus.

Any kind of workout that incorporates fun, is a major bonus.  You need to find a form of activity, that's easy to get motivated to do.  You should look forward to exercising, it shouldn't be a chore.  If exercising is a chore, then you simply won't do it.  The extra benefits of looking good, and fitting into whatever sexy jeans you want to wear is a real confidence booster.
